Twice Baked Potatoes
INGREDIENTS:
8 Russet Potatoes
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
2 Sticks Butter
1 cup Milk
1 cup Sour Cream
1 cup Cheese
Ham
Spinach
STEPS:
Bake potatoes with olive oil in air fryer at 400 degrees for 35-45 minutes. (Poke holes in potatoes first). Mix all ingredients and add potato insides when done. Put mixture back into potato skins and put back in air fryer at 400 degrees for 5 more minutes. Top with sour cream.

2 TBSP Butter
1/4 cup shredded Cheese
Mushrooms
Spinach
Salt and Pepper
STEPS:
Beat eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Pour in eggs covering entire pan. Use rubber spatula to drag eggs to middle. Sprinkle cheese, mushrooms, spinach onto one half. Fold and eat.

4oz Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Mozarella Cheese
1 TBSP Olive Oil
1/2 cup Parmesan (grated)
2 cups Fresh Spinach
Salt and Pepper
(Onion and/or garlic powder if you can tolerate it)
STEPS:
Cut chicken in half to create a pocket. Add spinach to nonstick pan over medium heat and stir until wilted. Add softened cream cheese and stir. Let cool and add parmesan cheese, mozarella cheese, onion/garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Season chicken with onion/garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stuff chicken. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes (or until internal temperature is 165 degrees).

STEPS:
Saute mushrooms and cut chicken halfway. Dunk chicken in beaten eggs then in panko mixture with salt, pepper, and oregano. Stuff chicken with marinara sauce, mushrooms, and cheese. Spoon some marinara sauce on top of chicken and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes (or until chicken is 165 degrees inside).

*Shredded cheese or Parmesan
*Mushroom Alfredo Sauce (Brand: Bertolli)
STEPS:
*Boil water
*Cook noodles for 10-12 minutes
*Drain
*Put alfredo sauce in microwave for 2 minutes
*Put corn in microwave (follow package instructions - the brand I get is 8 minutes, so I heat up the corn while the noodles are cooking)
*Cut some spinach and throw it in
*Cut some mushrooms and throw them in
*Mix everything together
*Sprinkle shredded cheese or parmesan on top

Crock Pot Mac & Cheese
INGREDIENTS: *2 cups of uncooked noodles *1 teaspoon onion powder *1/2 teaspoon dry/ground mustard powder *1 can cream of mushroom soup (or any 'cream of...' soup) *1/2 cup sour cream *1/2 cup mayonnaise *1/2 teaspoon pepper *4 cups shredded cheddar cheese STEPS: *Boil water and then cook the noodles for a little more than half the time that the box says (I used Barilla noodles and cooked them for 5 minutes). *While the noodles are cooking, mix all ingredients in a crock pot. *Once the noodles have been cooked for a little longer than half the time the box says, pour them in the crock pot and mix everything together. *Put the lid on the crock pot and cook for 2 hours on high. *Stir once or twice. *After 2 hours, let cool and serve. This is the best mac & cheese I have ever had in my life and it is super easy! I am no cook, but preparing took me about 15 minutes, I let it sit in the crock pot for 2 hours, and then I served it. Total time was around 2 hours and 15 minutes. |
